Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to teach students and help them develop strong reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills in Hindi. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating an engaging learning environment while fostering an appreciation for Hindi language, literature, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons as per CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum.
• Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessments.
• Conduct classroom activities such as storytelling, debates, essay writing, recitation, role plays, and group discussions.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
• Maintain attendance records, report cards, and academic documentation.
• Encourage participation in language competitions, cultural events, and literary activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Hindi or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or mandatory as per school requirements.
• Master’s Degree (M.A. Hindi) is an added advantage.
• CTET/STET qualification preferred for CBSE schools.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smart classroom technology.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and institution).
