Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer emails and chat requests.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams.
Data Entry & Processing
- Enter customer information into company systems.
- Update records accurately.
- Verify customer documents and details.
- Process applications, requests, and transactions.
Documentation
- Maintain reports and records.
- Prepare daily work summaries.
- Verify and organize business documents.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Back Office Operations
- Support internal business processes.
- Process customer requests.
- Handle order management and transaction processing.
- Coordinate with various departments.
Quality & Compliance
- Follow company procedures and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Ensure error-free processing.
Daily Activities
